Now that it's January I'm already looking forward to warmer Spring temperatures. Honestly it's not that cold (I'm in Florida) right now but it's not shorts weather either. I've been virtual window shopping lately looking for perfect Spring pieces.

I know pastels and brights are always popular in Spring but I want something edgier. I'm craving black. I've been sporting midnight black polish since December and I feel like it will carry over a little longer.

Peep two of the pieces I want to add to my wardrobe for the coming months. First Steve Madden's Brasko Booots (above). I've never been much of a cowboy boots fan however the distressed leather and chains give these boots a tough edge. I think I'd probably live in them paired with my favorite jeans and a distressed over sized tank.

Then I came across this adorable Goldfish Dress on Etsy. Something about it's simplistic coolness appealed to me. It scores bonus points because it's made by an independent designers. I love any excuse to shop indie.
